Headache Compress
Fill a large size bowl with ice and add water. If you don't have ice, you can use cold water, but ice-cold water is more effective. Add 5 drops of the formula and drench a washcloth in the bowl and wring out. Use two washcloths and drape one across the forehead (cover the entire forehead and push above the hairline and tuck around and behind the ears). Wrap the other washcloth around the neck and tuck up behind the ears. This will envelope the forehead and neck to provide an aromatherapy blast. Don't overdo it with the oils, 8 drops is plenty. A little goes a long way.
