Love Love Limber Stretch Hip Hug

After many more runs I still love, love, love the Limber Stretch Hip Hug. It slips over your waist and it has 360 degrees of flat pockets. The pockets are simple slits in the fabric where you can slip in an iPhone, keys, a map (I should use these more often) and even a small water bottle. One pocket is reinforced at the top - that's visible in the photo. The rest are barely detectable. Sometimes they are hard to find, but once you know they are there are easy to use. I don't like to carry anthing when I run. Instead I plan as much as possible so I can be completely handsfree. I hydrate the night before and just before the run, so I don't need a water bottle. But this has been a problem in the past when I bonked on a few runs because of dehydration. My fingers swelled up, I couldn't run, I got angry - not good. I've tried all kinds of different waist belts and backpacks, but they all slosh around, or don't cinch tight enough, and I simply can't use them. There was much money wasted and many products I tried but then gave away. But this hip hug works great. At a minimum it holds my key and phone so I can carry a larger size water bottle on hot days.
