Oaken is broken

Dear Chesebro,

Your majestic, gigantic oak tree bathed in sunlight at the beginning of the trail has split in two. It may have been triggered by the recent, unexpected heavy rain.

I was a little bit heart broken when I saw this. Oaken is such as massive huge guardian of the trail entrance and in many ways the couterpart to the giant oak tree that embraces my house. I was sad, but realize it is time for this Oaken to return to the earth.
