Shoe Love

I love both the Fit and the Phase. They are lighweight, flexible and comfortable minimal shoes. The Fit is like running in a blankey (or socks or slippers), the Phase is sleek and stealthy. They both work wonderfully on the trails and especailly on a beach run because they don't collect as much sand as other shoes since they have a seamless upper, which means fewer nooks and crannies for sand to get lodged.
