Waimea Valley Day 1

Dear Waimea Valley,

It's been years since I've been here and there was a destructive flood less than a week ago, but you look just the same as I remember you. Lush gardens, inviting waterfall, and dozens of meandering side trails. But there are a lot more fungi popping up and some new warning signs for falling coconuts that look more like projectiles shot from a cannon.
