Kawainui Marsh
Arjuna and I have been wanting to find this path for months! I finally found directions to the entrance. There is a beautiful large dog park at the entrance. The pathway is probably a little over a mile long one way. It's exposed so requires a hat and long sleeves and pants on a sunny day or you'll get burned. Today was sunny and moderately hot. We saw ducks paddling along the stream in a swift current, elegant white egrets standing in the tall green grass of the marsh, vistas with glimpses of the pali, a vertical sheet of rain in the distance, shimmering reeds blowing in the breeze and a few runners and walkers along the way.
