Love Me Lightly

Birds are wild, free, independent, brilliant, beautiful, inspiring spirits. When I visit the birds I enter with respect and equanimity. If they choose to interact I welcome it, but I do not disturb them. They are my glimpse into pure balance. They can fly away at will. But many of them come to say hello and inquire if I have anything to contribute. If only I did. I am still learning how to participate with these beautiful free spirits.
